• Skilled in planning effective meetings and training programs by working closely with the client.

• Has a Master’s in Education
• Completed a two year international fellowship in Creating Healthier Communities 
• Has been certified in eight different training programs
• Holds Advanced Certifications in Communication & Conflict Management through True Colors, Inc.

 

Kandiss has a strong commitment to on-going professional development and is active in:

• International True Colors Association
• Mind Tools
• American Society For Training and Development. 
• and was been VP of Communication and Marketing for the Pikes Peak Chapter of American Society for Training and Development Board from 2006 to 2008.
